Our leadership
Kevin McCall founded Paradigm in 1997. He provides leadership and oversees Paradigm with particular emphasis on strategy, client relations, new investments, asset and portfolio management, and raising capital. Kevin has over 35 years of real estate experience. Prior to founding Paradigm, Kevin was the Director of Equity Investing at Aldrich Eastman & Waltch (now AEW Capital Management). In that capacity, he was responsible for overseeing all equity investment and asset management activity for over $5 billion of client capital invested in over $10 billion of property across property type, capital structure, and U.S. markets. Before his tenure at AEW, he was a Partner at Spaulding and Slye.
Kevin received both his BA and MBA from Harvard University. In addition to industry leadership roles, he is active in the community, with a particular focus on issues of K-12 & higher education, homelessness, and social justice. He has served on and led numerous boards and currently is Chair of the Board of Trustees of Cambridge College. Kevin’s commitment to corporate community involvement led to the idea for and founding of Building Impact, an innovative non-profit catalyst for corporate volunteers to address important social issues. Building Impact works with a national clientele and generates over $3M of annual community impact.
John Caldwell joined Paradigm in 1998. John is responsible for overseeing operations and leasing, participating in acquisitions, asset management and company strategy. Prior to joining Paradigm, John ran brokerage services for Spaulding and Slye in New England and spent 9 years in Arizona, providing workout services for non-performing loan portfolios.
John received a B.S. in Business Administration from Principia College. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Link School, Camps Newfound Owatonna, Communities United, the Christian Science Church in Concord, MA, and the Christian Science Nursing Arts Trust.

Mykle Basha joined Paradigm in 2023. As the Vice President and Regional Manager of the Ohio office, Mykle supervises a property management team and provides expertise on the overall strategic direction, operation and profitability in the Columbus market. Prior to joining Paradigm, Mykle served as a Senior Property Manager at both Hiffman National and Olshan Properties. Mykle managed a diverse portfolio, including lifestyle and supercenters, industrial warehouses, retail, and medical office buildings nationwide. She was responsible for all aspects of construction oversight and managed a full team of property management professionals. Mykle received her B.A from Capital University, and her M.A from The Chicago School.
Michael Batista joined the Paradigm team in 2015. He interfaces with clients, contractors, vendors and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of the CityPlace Building in Hartford, CT. Before joining Paradigm, Michael worked at CBRE New England as a Tenant Coordinator. Michael graduated with a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in Boston. He is also a published illustrator.
Louisa Caldwell joined Paradigm in 2017. Louisa maximizes the occupancy of Paradigm’s buildings by spearheading effective marketing initiatives. She works closely with brokers, lawyers, architects, and prospective tenants throughout the leasing process. Additionally, she manages construction projects for both base building and suite improvements across the portfolio. Louisa received her BS from Ithaca College.
Howard Clark joined Paradigm in 2015. His initial projects included the core renovation and floor-by-floor re-fit of 101 Tremont St, Boston, followed by the core changes and refits required to turn 93 Summer St into the multi-tenant building, which Paradigm still calls home. Along with managing larger renovations and suite-improvement projects, he represents Paradigm as the Owner’s Project Manager (OPM) on the team chosen to deliver build-to-suit development projects. Prior to his tenure at Paradigm Howard was an OPM for the Boston-based retailer City Sports, opening and renovating stores on the east coast. Before that he managed facilities and capital renovations program at the First Church of Christ Scientist’s 14-acre facility in Boston. Howard received a BA from Principia College.
Rebeka Di Fuccio joined Paradigm in 2022. Rebeka manages the day-to-day operations of five buildings located within the Greater Boston Area, while building and maintaining strong client relationships. Prior to joining Paradigm, Rebeka managed over 750,000 sqft of retail and office space and 500+ residential units for VTT Management. Rebeka was responsible for the daily operations and the implementation of new business strategies throughout the portfolio. Rebeka received a BA from Framingham State University and is currently part of BOMA Boston Emerging Professional Committee.
Megan Ellingson joined Paradigm as a Property Manager in 2023, overseeing office and retail properties of the Ohio office. Her prior roles at Hiffman National allowed her to excel as a Property Assistant and Assistant Property Manager, specializing in the management of industrial properties. Megan received a B.S. in Business Administration from Franklin University.
Selvana Gerges joined Paradigm in 2022. Selvana manages the day-to-day operations for our clients at Excel Academy, and Riverworks while focusing on the client relationship. Prior to joining Paradigm Properties, Selvana managed the daily operations for eight (8) industrial buildings in the North Reading and Westborough area for Jones Lang LaSalle. Selvana received a BS from Johnson & Wales University.
Marianella Grieco joined Paradigm in 2001. Marianella manages the Property Accounting Department and Human Resources, and handles Corporate Accounting.
Prior to joining Paradigm Properties, Marianella managed all the property accounting at GFI Partners. Marianella received a B.S. in Finance from Bentley University and is the Treasurer for the Natick High School Theater Boosters.
Samantha joined Paradigm in 2023 as a Property Manager. In this role, she oversees the daily operations of a wide range of Paradigm assets, manages vendor relationships, prepares financial reporting, and ensures the precise fulfillment of client requests. Prior to joining Paradigm, Samantha held the position of Property Manager at The Wilder Companies. She managed over one million square feet of retail shopping centers across several states, including New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Communication from the University of Vermont and is an active member of NAIOP Massachusetts.
Cindy joined the Paradigm team as Hartford’s Regional Manager in 2015. In this role she brings years of leadership experience and property management expertise to the Hartford Office. She has a lengthy history in commercial property management and has held various positions with CBRE, JLL and REIT Management and Research. As a Consultant with JLL, Cindy also worked in the Corporate Real Estate Department of Stanley Black & Decker and was instrumental in implementing their Portfolio Management System. Cindy received her BA from The University of Connecticut. She currently serves on the Board and the Executive Committee for the Hartford Business Improvement District and fulfilled a two-year term as Board Chair of the organization. Cindy served as Vice-President for BOMA, Building Owners and Manager’s Association for the Greater Hartford area.
Shaka Lattin-Emmanuel joined Paradigm in 2017. In her role as AVP of Human Resources, Shaka handles payroll, benefits, and personnel matters for Paradigm team members. She maintains the COI process for Paradigm and makes sure all clients and vendors have compliant COIs on file. Before joining Paradigm, Shaka performed similar duties at DTZ, a large commercial property company. She received her bachelor’s degree in management from the University of Massachusetts Boston.
Shellie Lucas joined Paradigm in 2019. At Paradigm, Shellie manages the accounts payable matters for multiple owners and over twenty buildings. Prior to joining Paradigm Properties, Shellie worked as a Program Manager for several residency programs at OhioHealth Doctors Hospital. She was also a Payroll Analyst and Executive Assistant to several departments at the OhioHealth Corporation. Shellie received her BFA at the Columbus College of Art and Design.
Jennifer joined Paradigm Properties in 2015. She is responsible for directing the daily operations and management of a Class-A asset in Downtown Hartford. Prior to joining Paradigm, Jennifer managed office, retail and industrial properties throughout Connecticut for several commercial real estate management firms, including Northland Investment Corp., Reit Management & Research, LLC and Key Point Partners.
Jennifer received her B.A. from Elon University. Additionally, Jennifer has also received the designations of Real Property Administrator and Facility Management Administrator from the Building Owners and Managers Institute.
Molly joined Paradigm in 2023 as Assistant Vice President of Property Management for the Ohio office. Molly has 9 years of property management experience across medical office, industrial, Class A office and retail. In her role, Molly excels in large tenant improvement projects and development. She holds her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida.
Filomena Muthu joined Paradigm Properties in 2000. As a Senior Property Accountant, she is responsible for generating monthly financial reports, balance sheets, cash flow and operating expense reports. In addition, Filomena prepares annual budgets in conjunction with the building property managers, prepares CAM and Real Estate tax calculations, and maintains ongoing knowledge of client leases. Filomena received an AA from Roxbury Community College.
Izabel joined Paradigm Properties in 2022. She provides support to the accounting department by coordinating and executing the accounts payable cycle for all buildings, entities, clients and vendors. Prior to joining Paradigm Properties Izabel was a financial analyst for Celebration Criações Artísticas & Eventos LTDA in Brazil. There, she was responsible for reconciling and analyzing financial data for the company’s internal system metrics. Izabel received a B.S. in Accounting from CESMAC, Brazil.
Scott Olsen joined Paradigm in 2014. Scott manages the Building Engineering team, supporting the operation, maintenance and repairs of all Massachusetts based properties. Scott also oversees major capital projects, performs construction administration with a focus on tenant improvements, develops plans/pricing/budgets, and is responsible for project management. Prior to joining Paradigm Scott worked for EMC/Dell as a Manager of Mechanical Engineering, directly leading new design and fabrication. Scott’s journey has included roles such as Engineering Operations Manager at Northrop Grumman, Project Manager/Director of Building Services at New England Deaconess, and positions at Building Technology Engineers. Scott has a BA from UMass Lowell. He has also pursuedfurther education, including Babson School for Executive Education, EMCU, and Northeastern, with a focus on engineering and construction. Scott holds certifications in Project Management, Commercial Building Operations, and is a licensed Construction Supervisor.
Catrina Papa joined Paradigm Properties in 2018. Catrina prepares monthly financial reports and budgets as well as manages the accounts receivable and CAM/RE Tax escalations for several Paradigm-managed buildings for both the Boston and Columbus offices.Catrina received a B.S. from Salem State University.

Bryan Reed joined Paradigm in 2020. In his capacity as a senior facilities manager, Bryan manages a residential facility in Chestnut Hill.
Virginia Rey joined Paradigm in 2000 and has become an integral part of the Paradigm team. She directs daily operations and management for numerous properties within the company’s portfolio. In addition, she assists in leasing, construction projects, and property renovations. Prior to joining Paradigm, Virginia honed her skills and expertise while serving as an office manager at a dynamic small construction company. In this capacity, she oversaw all aspects of operations, showcasing her ability to efficiently coordinate and manage diverse responsibilities. Virginia received a B.S. from Worcester State University. She has been a member of BOMA and has volunteered her time and efforts to support various non-profit organizations.
Kyle Sayre joined Paradigm in 2021. Kyle is the Operations Manager for the Columbus office. He manages the maintenance department and construction projects throughout the Columbus portfolio. Prior to joining Paradigm, Kyle was the Operation/Maintenance Supervisor at RS Garek Associates. He managed maintenance for over 50 sites for Nationwide Childrens Hospital. Kyle also owned Sayre Construction, specializing in residential remodel/renovation and light commercial. Kyle received an A.S. in Construction Engineering and Surveying from the University of Akron.
Sean Scanlan joined Paradigm in 2023. Sean started his career in industrial real estate where he lead all daily accounting processes for the southeast and northeast regions of a large portfolio. Prior to joining Paradigm, Sean oversaw and lead the accounting process for an entire multifamily portfolio of a residential real estate company in Boston. Sean earned his BS in Business Administration and Small Business Management.
Noah Sparkman joined Paradigm in 2018. As Vice President of Acquistions & Development, he manages the Paradigm portfolio throughout all asset classes and active markets. Since joining the company, Noah has led or been directly involved in $220m+ of acquisitions, development, and dispositions. He is also responsible for deal sourcing and structuring, and manages deal level debt and equity financings on new and existing assets.
Prior to joining Paradigm, Noah founded Total Visuals, a mixed-media real estate marketing company serving commercial and residential brokerage firms in the greater New England market. Total Visuals was acquired by HomeTourVision in 2018. Noah received his BA from Boston University.
