Sustainability & the Environment
Throughout the Paradigm portfolio, we take a measured and diligent approach to critical issues such as resiliency, carbon footprint reduction, and adaptive re-use. On a quarterly basis we assess building operations, management practices, and infrastructure improvements to better identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
Diversity & Inclusion
Paradigm condemns discrimination, racism, and intolerance in all their forms. We are proud that our company is comprised of a diverse group of people across our operational and managerial teams. Additionally, we have the privilege of working with capital partners who deliberately champion diversity in their management and investment activities.
Paradigm’s hiring and contracting practices have been designed to ensure that we see candidates and vendors from all backgrounds, with diverse experiences. We are committed to continuing to support the diversification of the Commercial Real Estate industry. Our DEI committee regularly identifies new priorities and goals to further our key objectives.
Community
Paradigm has always had strong ties to local non-profit organizations that target critical issues impacting the communities in which we operate and live. These include our donation matching program, corporate grant program, and the company “24-Hour Club” volunteering challenge. We encourage team members to sit on non-profit boards, pursue volunteer opportunities, and seek out new organizations to champion.
Paradigm is proud to have founded the non-profit Building Impact, which provides community engagement opportunities to companies and their employees on a nationwide level. We continue to support and champion Building Impact today as it generates over $2.5 Million in impact annually.

While we are happy to see the accomplishments in our Sustainability, Diversity, and Community initiatives, we know there is still work to be done. Paradigm is committed to holding ourselves accountable, tracking our impact, and identifying opportunities to improve across all our areas of operation.
- Diversity & Inclusion: We actively track our diversity statistics for leadership roles and the wider company, and we continually examine our policies to ensure our culture is one of inclusion.
- Sustainability & the Environment: We work closely with our tenant clients to identify areas of energy optimization, and we continue to evaluate opportunities to achieve third-party certifications throughout our portfolio.
- Community: As active members of our local communities, we work diligently to ensure we are connected to the needs of those around us. To ensure our positive impact is maximized, we regularly assess the organizations we support and strive to identify new opportunities to give.
